Door Supervisors

Wright Guards Security Ltd provide a professional, bespoke door supervision service for our customers. 

Our SIA licensed Door Supervisors are trained and experienced in interacting with your customers and understand that, as a Door Supervisor, they are the first and lasting impression of your premises that will remain with your customers.

Unlike agency or freelance staff, our Door Supervisors are contracted employees and are therefore carefully vetted and properly insured. Regular assessments and ongoing training ensures that all our staff are skilled in conflict management and possess very good communication skills not only in the spoken word, but also in the very important meaning contained in a persons body language. 

We do not supply bouncers or doormen, instead we supply professional Door Supervisors who will be an asset to your premises and not a liability.
