Dog Handlers

Dog Handlers with their trained Guard Dogs are a valuable part of any team. Using them on vulnerable and high risk sites & areas is proven to deter and stop theft & vandalism. A trained dog and handler is up to four times more effective than a guard alone and can cover large open areas where a long fence line needs to be secured whilst providing a strong visual deterrent.

Using the natural instinct of the dog to protect his handler in a controlled manner has been successfully used in public order situations time & time again. Our dogs are trained to find intruders in undergrowth and complete darkness where an individual guard would not be able to patrol alone safely. 

All of our dogs and handlers are trained to B.I.P.D.T. & N.A.S.D.U. standards and have regular training with a certified instructor. Our dog handlers have worked on all types of site from TV & film studios to schools, building sites and Close Protection work. We also have access to Narcotics and Explosives search dogs.

Our dog units operate from marked vehicles and warning signs are placed on the perimeter of sites to warn of the presence of security dogs.
